6.5x284 winchester dies work for 6.5x284 norma?

Will 6.5x284 win full length die and bullet seater work for 6.5x284 norma?

6.5- 284 winchester doesn't exist. 284 win does, 6.5-284 Norma does.
I use a Lee 6.5X55 neck sizing die with a washer to neck size my 6.5-284 Norma brass.
I use Redding competition dies for the seating of my long range ammo.

Actually, the 6.5-284 was around for quite a long while before the 6.5-284 Norma showed up. It was a wildcat though. - dan

In answer to your question YES the die will work fine.

I'm sorry too, but I didn't find 6.5X284 winchester in any of my books. So I assumed it didn't exist. Shoulda googled it!!
Must of been before my induction to reloading.

Steve's Pages shows both cartridges, but I can't see any significant difference other than potential round off's or conversion to/from metric.

Also Norma has a drawing which does not differ either.
