6.5x47 and Varget

The info I got from Berger...with 120's the recommended start with Varget is 34.0 and max at 38.0...the higher load is supposed to have muzzle velocity of about 2880 fps. I would start on the low end because you have to watch how much the bullet is protuding into the case. Mine has lots of freebore (.254) so with the 120 SMK's puts the base at the neck/shoulder junction ...but with the longer boattail on the Berger..it intrudes into the case a bit more.
 
My friend shoots 130gr Bergers and RL 15 I have shot beside him shooting at 900m
many where in the V bull 6" and all in bull except for a couple 4s
