Does anyone have any load data for a modern 6.5x55 with a 108 gr lapua scenar?

I can't seem to find much online. I will buy different powders if necessary, but would prefer to use what I already have. I am using imr4350, varget, h380, and h4895. Of course everytime I work up a new load, one of the components goes out of stock!

I would like to also make a reduced recoil load for my son to learn on to punch paper with these bullets.

If I don't find load data with this exact bullet, is it reasonable to pick a load with the same weight bullet, and work it up from 10% under?

Thanks,

Jeff

With that weight of bullet, H-380 (42 to 47 grains) / IMR4064 (39 to 42.5 gr) / Varget (38 to 42 gr) / IMR 3031 (36 to 40.5 gr) usually are pretty good. OAL between 2.850" / 3.00"
Check loads from say Sierra, as they list such loads but with their own bullets.

Yes.

It's common practice to just use any data for the same weight of bullet that has the same construction.
Data for bullets with different construction (lead core copper jacketed, solid copper, tin core, etc.) can vary so you need more caution.
I'd say less than 1/3 of my data is with the exact bullet I'm using; everything else is just same weight/construction.
