6"barrel reloading factor

I used to reload 9x19mm for my CZ with 4.7" barrel and 1:9.5 twist according to Lyman's handbook.
Can I use the same loading data for my new gun with 6" barrel and 1:16 twist or should I reduce powder charge with some factor?

In essence, every gun is a wildcat. While the guides are a great place to start, it's always smart to start with a light load and work up.
 
How far from max were your old loads? If they were right at the maximum I would reduce and work up a load again. Besides, if you were shooting IPSC or trying to have a certain velocity you should need a bit less powder in the longer barrel.
