As peoples said, swedish ag42 mag will work, can we see pics of your Hakim?
FYI, since it may be a while before you source a mag or get it to your door, I might make a safety related comment with regards to loading semi-automatic firearms.
Some semi autos like the Garand and M14 have free floating firing pins that leave a small indent on the primer of a round when fed from the mag into the chamber. Consequently it's important to feed the round from the magazine to slow the bolt's travel as it might otherwise set off the round in what's called a slam-fire. As if that is bad enough, the round may go off before the bolt is closed, which can lead to a catastrophic kaboom.
I'm not sure if the Hakim's firing pin is free floating or not, but if you've seen that action cycled, it does slam down really fast and as far as I can recall, cannot be held back by the shooter to slow it down. I've posted a link to an old Surplusrifle.com review in which one of the shooters had the action slam shut on their thumb (withi instructions on how to avoid that!), so do be careful with it.
I just thought I should write this in case you want to fire a rounds with the rifle before any mags arrive by manually feeding rounds into the chamber.

I wouldn't worry about letting the bolt slam closed.
Millions of SKS have free floating firing pin and 99% of people dont have problems. Not to mention that if hes loading a live round he better have it pointed in a safe direction, so it really wouldn't matter.

Millions of people aren't loading single rounds into SKSs without magazines in them though. The issue isn't with the freefloat pin itself, but in loading a single round with no mag in the gun. Without having the process of stripping a round out of the mag to slow the bolt down, it can close too fast and cause slamfire or out of battery fire which would likely result in a kb.

Having come back after a few days, I'm happy to see that some shooters with more experience here have followed up on my comments about potential slamfires from single loading these rifles without a mag. I'm glad to hear that the slamfire isn't too likely but that we might spare our Hakim owner the pains of adding an extractor to the items he'd need to find, much less some awful thumb trauma.
I have met a fellow who's M1A did slamfire on a previous occassion as well as another gentleman who was there to apply first aid. Apparently, in addition to some injury to the shooter's face, a piece of the rifle flew down from the magwell and lodged into his leg, which bled profusely. I first met the shooter who applied first aid on the range, when he saw me with a Norc M14S and came by to give us an earnest lecture on slamfires (I'd already read up on it and knew to load from off the mag).
I was told that Springfield honoured their warranty by providing the shooter with a replacement rifle. This was all at least several years ago and I admit that I'm writing off of my best recollections, though I cannot imagine a reason why either of those men would have made up or exaggerated their story.
BTW, it looks like I'll have to start another thread to ask for any relaod recepies that would preserve the brass fired through a Lungmann.......I may try some loads from Cast-boolits.com now that my mold has arrived that don't throw the brass too far.

With a search you'll find a nice mod for the AG-42B where, like a hakim, you can adjust the gas...there's a peened, slotted screw at the 12'Oclock on the Gas block. It can replaced with same thread screw or, the block can be tapped to a common thread. Supposed to allow un-marred brass to fall at your feet with adjustable gas port.
Mine is still a brass flinger!
