Good bit on texas game farms that have saved species from extinction. An anti court ruling now guarantees the eventual extinction of the same species that the hunt farms saved.
Lala land mentality trumps reality in the courts, so, nothing new here.

Thanks Suka for posting this link. I enjoyed watching this short movie. It is a testimony to hunters & their conservation efforts. I think it is sad that the scimitar onyx is probably going to go extinct because of the new ruling outlawing hunting of these valued animals in Texas. The hunter in the movie paid $4K to shoot an animal! I wonder how much the anti's pay towards the welfare of animals?

I've always enjoyed watching 60 minutes...They always have a well balanced, unbiased, display of the issues at hand.

I liked when she asked that tree hugger if she would rather that one species become extinct rather than hunted in Texas...bazinga.

Now, I'm not a fan of tall fence game farms personally, but some of these places are so huge that they really are free range animals.

Sucks to say it but that stupid b*tch and her friends f'ed it all up... Animal rights activists would rather have those animals go instinct than having a healthy herd, she flat out says it...

The Anti-Hunting Crowd has never been about conservation, it is based on making it's member feel morally superior to hunters and dictating how others should act.

What has been going on in Texas is pathetic.

There are wild Scimitar Oryx in the Texas Hill country, but the main captive bred population exists for sport-hunting.

The Scary part is there are many other species that are in the same boat and this will open the door to more anti-hunting activities.
