62 G FMJ magnet load

HI, I came across bulk 62 grain FMJ with cannlure that will stick to a magnet, .224 diameter.
Loading into a bolt gun in 223 Rem. cal.
Do you do anything different as far as powder or depth seated?
Should I keep the loads to the lighter recommend data?
I am guessing these have a steel core like military's ammo.

If assume they are steel jacketed PPU but without pictures they could be M855. It will definitely matter which it is as M855 are significantly longer.

If just the tip sticks treat it like Green Tip, if the base sticks then it's steel jacket.

Thanks; I took the magnet and just from the ogive to the point of the bullet would stick. The body would not.
So a green tip type bullet.
Do I load like a 62 grain bullet from the book? Not trying for max load , just some paper range plinker that cost less then Hornady V max.
Thinking that staying 5 percent less then max should be Ok starting with 10 percent less will be good to find a working load.
