625-3.

Have Brownells plastic clips, they break constantly when practicing (ejecting onto floor) They also flex with the weight.

Looking for some steel ones that won't break or flex, but thought I'd check here first ;)

Don't care about cost.

Also looking for a leather holster. Any ideas would be appreciated

Thanks guys.

Ebay should have them. $6 for about $10.

Brownells has them too! The steel ones won't bend or break, that's for sure.

If you haven't already - you can make a de-moon tool out of a piece of 1/2 copper tubing and a file. :)

If you want the top of the line, look for TK customs best moon clips on the market but they cost. Also you will need a tool for mooning and demooning them. As for a holster I like the bladetech for IDPA and the double alpha for IPSC.

Actually, the cheap steel moon clips carried by Brownells DO bend; and rather easily.

Ian's right. Get the quality moon clips from TK Custom; worth the money.

Aa for a leather holster, I have one for a 5" N frame somewhere that I got about 10 years ago. IIRC it'a made by Kramer Handgun Leather.

Hey Tactical111:
I have 4 original metal 1/2 moon clips that came with a 625-1 I used to own. I also have a metal full moon clip (holds six like a speedloader) for your 625.

PM me if you are interested. Cheers,

-Ryan

Fellow on Gunbroker by the name "Tarheelgunner" has good quality steel full moon clips, and a nice de-moon tool too.
Good guy, ship's to Canada, and quick.
A buck apiece.
I'm ordering more soon.

Sweet Smith there, TAC111!.

They really need to start making 4.2 inch 625 revolvers for Canada.

I think the 4.2 inch 686 has sold well enough to justify it.

Thanks all, appreciate it
