are you sure it wasent for 500 rounds of the 9mm or 500 rounds of 223 for 289. because i havent seen a price that low for 1000 9mm since pre-covid times.

I would agree with you, even reloaded stuff around here considered cheaper than new ammunition is about 350 for 1k, I would doubt those other prices very much for 1k rounds, it surely had to be half of that.

I always look for bulk 9mm and this magtech stuff is hands down the lowest price in years since covid...thanks again Solely !

Not mistake, 1000 RD cases, they had some advertised here, most were door crashers with a larger markdown, I cant find the receipt anymore but I doubt they'd accidentally give me 500 extra rounds for 299
Lots of markdowns in this thread here, note that a lot of their door crashers were so low they couldn't advertise it publicly, but still had it priced at that during their online sale section.

Nope, Nov 2023 pricing, if you manage to shop around looking for good deals, not sure who but someone had a forum post recently about 2000RDS of PMC for 639$ in September too
Solely even matched their pricing during that sale period.
Not sure where you were buying ammo from but I was buying CCI Blazer 1000 RD packs for 239-279 Pre covid, that was the norm for pricing around all major retailers, saw them
During and post covid most retailers still sell them between 319-359 for the same 1000RD packs. Aluminum case is even cheaper than that by 10-30$



Don't get me wrong folks, im not calling this pricing expensive, it is clearly a good deal, but its not groundbreaking, ammo goes on sale for similar pricing way more often than what people in this thread are making it sound like,
I'm just saying some people really need to do their research and shop around than just handing the first place they see it in stock.
I have always looked at multiple locations and shopped around before placing orders, since most stores do free shipping over 300$, it makes the store location rather moot.

Heres some backing to me past claims, note the date stamps, all from the same retailer,
I could probably comb through more stuff to find cheaper prices, this is rather to prove my point about the pricing stuff sells for.
Dont believe the strike out pricings they advertise, many retailers mark stuff up way higher than what its worth and keep it on sale to fear monger people into buying quicker, or making them think they are getting a great deal.

Like i said before, its definitely a good deal, but if you shop around you'll find stuff at these prices or very close all the time
