686 vs 686 plus

After looking around, it often seems the used 686 pluses are going for less that the std 686. Is there something wrong with them, or less desirable for a reason I don't know about?

It's because a 7 shot revolver is just so wrong...on so many levels!
I think it's because some people are too cheap to buy, yet another, set of speed loaders.....

Got one of each. No differences from my point of view. Both are fine revolvers. I have speedloaders for the 6 shot and not bothered buying any for the 7 shot...........

No prob with the plus here either. HKS makes a 7 round speedloader too, so no problems there.

I've had only single actions up to now, so a swing out cylinder is a speedloader to me!

Don't know about the 7 shooters, but my 6 is good to me. Don't think you can really go wrong either way. Buy the better deal.

When I posted my 686+ it sold within an hour, for well above what a 686 would have cost. They are great guns.

I LOVE my 686+. I bought speedloaders for it; they only cost about $7 each, so no big deal.
