69 LC 30-06 M2 ball ammo in bandoliers - worth anything?

Hi guys,

I've got a couple bandoliers of 1969 Lake City M2 ball ammo in Garand clips with cardboard sleeves. Is this worth anything to collectors, or is it just worth the going price for the ammo? There are a total of 96 rounds in 12 clips.

I would say its worth more than the price of just the ammo to a collector (how much more, I'm not sure). But most would probably just shoot it off. Drop me a p.m. if you want to sell it.

LC 30-06 is overrated. It is Garand ammo. Price out the clips, cloth and the value of commercial 150gr ammo. That is what it's worth.

I bought American Eagle 150gr FMJ last fall for $20/box, so $1/round would be reasonable.
