6mm Musgrave

Elwood Epps produced a variety of cartridges in different calibers based on the .303. Might be more chance of finding a gunsmith with one of these. The current successor Epps business might even still have the reamers.
Better be prepared for sticker shock if you decide to have your No. 5 rifle rebarreled.
Barrel. Threading, chambering, fitting, finishing, sight installation. I don't think you could get away with repurposing a .243 take-off barrel. By the time the larger diameter .243 chamber is cut off, there might not be enough diameter left to machine the new shank.
The rebarreling job, assuming a reamer can be found, could cost $500 - $700. Might be more than the finished rifle is worth.
