6mm Musgrave

Elwood Epps produced a variety of cartridges in different calibers based on the .303. Might be more chance of finding a gunsmith with one of these. The current successor Epps business might even still have the reamers.
Better be prepared for sticker shock if you decide to have your No. 5 rifle rebarreled.
Barrel. Threading, chambering, fitting, finishing, sight installation. I don't think you could get away with repurposing a .243 take-off barrel. By the time the larger diameter .243 chamber is cut off, there might not be enough diameter left to machine the new shank.
The rebarreling job, assuming a reamer can be found, could cost $500 - $700. Might be more than the finished rifle is worth.

I'm building a rifle in 6mm Musgrave on a Ross M10 rifle. My gunsmith ordered the reamer and he will have it soon. If you want - my gunsmith will be able to chamber your rifle. The price will be less than 500-700$... for sure...

I guess that would depend on what work he is actually doing, tiriaq listed a lot more than chambering a blank

The simplest way would be to buy a complete 243 barrel with sights and then turn the chamber end down and use a barrel nut/ thread adaptor to make it fit the no 5 action, then it would be clocked for the factory sights to work and then chambered, if head space it's a bit off, change bolt heads. There is some wiggle room with a LE action.

I converted lee Enfields to many calibers by using an old knox form bored out and threaded internally and then threading any take off barrel into it tightening on the inner receiver ring.
