6mm rem rifles?

I like the 6mm Remington because its the skinny little brother to my .257 Roberts.

The .243 Winchester however should be run out of town on a rail..

Slight performance difference is not a big deal but the longer neck and sharper shoulder of the 6mm Rem is much superior to that of the 243 case when reloading.

My favorite rifle of all time was a Remington Model 4 that I special ordered in 6mm. Beautifully swirled grain wood, cartridge head embedded in the receiver. Shot upwards of 30+ deer with this rifle. It was probably the BEST looking, performing semi-auto that I've ever seen.
I sold it 4 years ago for $600.

I have one in a 1200C Parker Hale .I always wondered if it was a factory chambering.I also have one in 240 Weatherby but Bevan did that one .

PH did offer 6mm as a caliber choice at one time. - dan

This one has an octagon barrel.No where on it does it say Parker Hale but it does have Birmingham proof marks on the barrel.

I've had a couple of buddies who owned Ruger MKII 6mms, I always thought that they would make a good coyote rifle.
