6mmBR neck bushings

.313 neck in the chamber and I am using a .307 bushing with .0124-.0125 neck thickness for a loaded round of .3088-.309 which gives me .002 clearance on either side.

Are you outside neck turning the cases? In a couple rifles I've left the neck thick enough to be close to a fitted case. In a 7 WSM with .311" NK loaded cartridges are a very close fit at .3105"/.3106". Use a Wilson neck die with .309" bushing and anneal brass shoulder and neck each loading. Back in the day loading for PPC's, 222, and 222 RM the case necks needed no sizing, re-prime, charge, seat bullet.

Yes i am turning the necks to the .0125 finished dimension as they are .014-.016 out of the box.

What size bushing would be needed for a no turn neck chamber? IE a factory Savage Model 12 rifle.

That depends on your brass. Measure the diameter of the neck of a loaded round using the brass that you intend to use, and subtract .002" and you have a good place to start.
