okay so what are you using for bullet weight and what are your velocities, real world concrete numbers established with nothing more then a reliable chronograph?? I am loading 40's again right now and will chrony in the morning, but this I do know

federal fusion 140 grain gets 2820 in a T3 rifle, so is this my benchmark or should I be aiming for more speed??

We get 2750-2800 accuracy node in the two 7-08's we have with 140 NAB - can get more velocity but would rather go with the accuracy.

im geting 2780 with 45gr of IMR 4007SSC with a 150gr Nosler Ballistic tip.. I shoot 150 and 160gr projectiles.. my 160gr Sierra Game kings are getting 2675 with 43.5gr IMR4007SSC.. All these loads are in Remington brass, Rem 9 1/2 primers...

These loads were threw my chrony 15 feet from the muzzle. 5 shot average on a 10deg Celsius day. No signs of pressure even on 30deg days. Accuracy is excellent and constant..
Rifle is a custom Built.. Rem 700 SS Action,24" Ted Giallard Barrel 1-8 twist, piller and compound bedded into a boyds pepper laminate stock.
