7.5" AR setup questions?

So I am building a 7.5" AR PDW style and I have some questions about cycling. I have very little experience this is my 2nd AR and the first one I am putting together myself from parts. The only experience I have so far is with my DD MK18, but I read a lot of people on here say that when I shoot 5.56 in my DD MK18 I might need a heavier buffer to cycle properly. So I went ahead and ordered a H2 and H3 just in case I needed them to run 5.56 reliably. And it worked great, I popped in the H2 and it ran great using 5.56 Federal. I put the standard H buffer that came in the rifle back in when I shoot .223, and it eats up both ammo with no hic ups at all

Now my question is for the new build, since I am using a Troy M7A1 stock that comes complete with a BCG and built in buffer weight. What are the chances this is going to run propery right out of the box? And if it does not what options do I have then to tune it? Since the buffer is attached to the BCG and comes with its own spring, I can not just swap buffers. The barrel I am using is a Noveske 7.5" and it comes with its own gas block and tube.

Am I correct in thinking my only option to tune if needed then would be to get an adjustable gas block?

Anyone have experience with a similar setup? How did it run out of the box?

One option is to upgrade the gas block to an adjustable one like the Syrac GenII which has a detent adjustment screw that is accessible from the front. This allows you to adjust the gas flow with your handguard mounted. Other adjustable gas blocks may require you to remove your handguard each time you need to adjust your gas. The nice feature of the detent adjustment screw is that you can count how many clicks up and down from closed for different ammo ie subsonics/supersonics.
