Hey guys.

So i had this gun for a while, but still cant figure out how to remove the gas piston..
The back end of the piston is beveled, to allow more tilt when taking it out, and there is also a notch on the top of the gas block,
But it is still about 1.5mm away from clearing it. Any idea before i take a file to it :) ?

it must come out the same way it went in , grab the piston head with your finger and lift . if that dont work then rotate the piston head and try again .

yes i tried rotating and pulling the piston up, it didnt help. But its done now, I ended up wedging a flat screwdriver under the piston and lifting it just enough to pop out. then i took a small file, and opened up a gas block notch just a touch. Works great now.

Thanks.

Exactly the same issue I was going to post about. Lacking any further ideas I'll be taking a file to mine and deepening the notch before the weekend.
