"...Swiss/Swedish..." Pick one. They're not the same thing. AKA Swiss/Swedish/Norwegian Ordnance Nagant.

Sunray, Please just once if you aren't sure about something DON'T ANSWER!!!

I just opened a book before I answered this post.

The book is "cartridges of the world 3rd edition"

According to them there is indeed a 7.5 Swiss/Swede/Norwegian revolver round.

It lists them as "fully interchangeable" so I'm guessing they are the same.

Lists the bullet diameter as .312-.315 and states that .32 S&W or .32-20 bullets will work if sized to the earlier mentioned sizes.

MV ranges from 725 fps (104 grain) to 960 fps (93 grain).

well that's what drives me bonkers is that in so many publications its not clear what kind of bullet suppose to be used in these? is it 315 or 312. I have a 7.62 nagants and the bore grooves are 310. while lands on them are 300. I have pulled some surpluss bullets my friend brought from states and they measure 308-310, so i'm reloading 7.62 nagant with 308 bullets and they shoot fine. Now with this 7.5mm ammo, if any one can measure surpluss cartridge for these it would be 100% accurate than going through books and internet i think.
Thank you
