So I got my new buddy here in the mail today. Shout out to SFRC, NEA CGN EE and my wonderful wife.
Here is a cost list if anyone cares:
ACCESSORIES
MS2 - 36.59
RVS - 34.60 (I've never seen these on the EE and after I bought it, I've seen like 3 of them for 10 dollars cheaper! FML. lol
ASAP - 34.60
RSA - 10.23
XTM - 15
MOE GRIP / STOCK - 121.95
DLASK XB1 - 100
TOTAL 337.97
OPTICS
VORTEX SPARC - 200
GEN II MBUS - (115) I already had these
FIREARM
NEA15 7.5 PDW - 1124.29
FINAL TOTAL
1677.26
First impressions (keeping in mind I am no expert):
I wasn't too thrilled with the packaging, the cardboard rubbed one of the side rails and marked the finish a little. Thats just me being fussy though, the gun was undamaged.
Gun is light, and ###y... some visible toolmarks here and there, but overall it feels great, and looks amazing. The glove fitting trigger guard is sweet.
It does not have that 'grey' look in person, the whole package flows together well. T marked rails, and everything seems to be tight. Trigger is crisp and somewhat comparable to my Armalite, I'm going to say the Armalite feels better, but thats also been broken in. Again I don't know too much about anything, so take my opinions with a grain of salt. lol
It comes with a LIFETIME warranty card and a NEA challenge coin.
Here is all the stuff waiting to jump on it:
Side by side for comparison with it's CSA VZ58 11.75 sibling. I had some fun pix with a 5/100 Beta C-Mag, but my camera corrupted the pix and I'm too busy to take more right now... maybe next update.
Anyway, hope you enjoy this, I've had fun with it so far..... someday maybe I'll get to the range. (Not likely with 2 kids and another due in a week. lol... someday.....
)
Update (12-2-23)
Got some time to work on her, here is the mostly finished product... It really came together and looks like it did in my head. I wanted a highly maneuverable, quick target acquiring, fun blaster with a strong Canadian flavour and lots of functional Koolaid. I think I succeeded.
These first few pix with the 5/100 are just for fun.
Any questions or if you want detailed pix, ask away, I'll see what I can do.

... THe colour is due to lighting... in person it's black. Strange, I know... I guess it's due to their different annodizing process... I'll try more pics in natural light.
