I broke my press full length resizing 7.5 swiss brass fired from my K31. Next thing on my list is to buy a neck sizing die! The brass was Privi nny headstamp.
I learned this the hard way. COL and projectile shape is really important. The 150 grain slugs have a different ogive than the 180's. Make sure to check that the reload fits the chamber before making 200 of them...Doh!(((Echo))) said:...Watch your COL's...
I've said it before and I'll say it again......WTF are you guys doing to break your equipment? I load with Lee, dies and presses. Never had a problem. Resizing brass, crimping rounds, general reloading........ The only issue I've ever encountered was with Igman 6.5mm brass and the small flash hole. Got the depriming rod stuck in it. Still, it didn't break. Some of you need to cut back on the roids when reloading
.
To the OP, sorry I have no idea what dies and such you'll need. Good luck on your search and remember, Win .284 brass can be resized if you can't find 7.5x55mm and K31's have a short throat. Watch your COL's.
