7.5x55, 6.5x55 WOLF ammo

Who distributes it in Canada, and does anybody have any experience with this brand? Swedish, .303Br, rimfire, shotshell, yeah I could use a bunch.

Would be nice to have them over here.

The news regarding a new heavy 75gr. HP .223 for SD/LE seems to be cool.
Wondering why we don't have them here to?

I gave up looking and started reloading. It's better in the long run.

I've never been terribly impressed with Prvi Partizan stuff. I bought a couple of boxes of 6.5x55 Swede Mauser and the rims were too thick so they wouldn't feed very well in my M96. I bought some .303 British too and it wasn't anything to write home about.

Why is everyone so anxious to get Wolf ammo? From what I see on the American forums the stuff is cheap as hell and dirty and nearly everyone hates the stuff, no QC. What the deal?
It's the same reason Americans are bonkers over Norinco SKSes. The harder it is to get something, the more people want it.

So why aren't we putting our energy into something useful like milspec 5.56mm ammo then if we're just dreaming! Don't understand all the fuss over crappy ammo? Why not get excited about good stuff, I mean come on now, how long since we've had some good milspec ammo in Canada for a caliber as common as 5.56mm (think of all the sealers that would use it). Someone correct me if I'm wrong here?

Igman ammo is wolf gold. Wolf is just a US distributor, they make no ammo. There russian ammo is made by tula, there new "gold" is Igman. Districorp sells Igman ammo.

How do you know that people aren't putting their energy into getting some 5.56 NATO in here? From what I can tell, there are lots of people trying to make it happen, but it's just not out there right now.

Now I don't know... Looking at this: http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/62714-8712-302.html
I am under impression that the world has gone mad. I can buy 10 bricks of Winchester 22lr in Kanada for the fraction of this US price. And price for what: for Russian Wolf for crying out loud!

That Wolf rimfire match ammo is apparently made by SK Jagd in Germany. According to the Wolf web site they use Vihtavuori powder, so you know they're not cheaping out on it.
