You can try TSE. Don't know if they have any more.

Reloading is your friend.
It's been covered before, but if you can't find any ammo, 7.5 Swiss brass is available and .284 Winchester brass can also be resized to work as well.

What bullet size works best? I would assume .30 calibre.

Pretty much any .30 cal bullet will work. Some Swiss rifles have very short throats. You have to check your COL so that you're not jamming the bullet into the rifling.
