7.5x55mm brass

Hey guys,

I am just wondering a few questions regarding the 7.5x55mm brass;

-Who currently sells some in Canada?
-Is it cheaper just for me to reform .284 Winchester brass?
-or should I just shoot some factory ammo and get the brass from that (how expensive is factory loaded ammo?).

Good question. Tradex had some, but sold out before I was able to order. They still list it as out of stock. I have asked other suppliers who say it is backordered at the wholesale level. I'm not sure on commercial ammo and if it is available. I believe the GP11 ammo is berdan primed, making it a chore to reload.

Well that sucks, there goes my dream of having a K31 that isn't a safe queen.

The Handloader's Manual of Cartridge Conversions suggests using 7.62x54R Russian cases.

Have you tried Ellwood Epps? They list the cases as being in stock.
