Personally I wouldn't go beyond 150 - 154 grains of bullet weight with these rifles.
They have tough actions, but they are designed around the standard 123-125 grain bullet.
If you want some fun, pull some FMJ steel core Czech bullets and load them into .303 brit cases for some screamer plinker target loads out of an Enfield.
