I was just wondering if any of you that own Lee Enfield No 4 DCRA 7.62 conversions have any suggestions for factory ammo that might deliver good accuracy. I have a couple I want to start playing with but I'm not currently set up to reload. Thanks.

Made for NATO ball. Originally a 147 grain bullet as I recall. As with any rifle, if you're not reloading, you really need to try a box of as many brands as you can to find the ammo your rifle shoots best. I'd start with 150/155 grain match ammo, then tr hunting bullets. Wouldn't use Hornady Steel but only because it's not reloadable. Federal loads a 168 grain Matchking or their own 150 grain FMJ(not a match bullet).
Reloading is the best way to go though. You can use a LEE Classic reloader with a scale to load good ammo.

"you really need to try a box of as many brands as you can"

This is what I'm hoping to avoid by asking those who actually have a DCRA 7.62 conversion what they have had luck with. I have most of the reloading equipment I need, but I barely have time to get out and shoot, let alone get everything set up to reload.

If you reload, that is the fastest way to find an accurate load. I did that exact exercise for a DCRA rifle two weeks ago.

Get a quantity of good brass of the same lot number. Range pick up brass won't do.

Buy a box of 155 gr match bullets, or 168 gr if you are not planning on shooting beyond 300 yards.

Use a good powder, like 4895, Varget, N140 or RL15. Load 5 of each in 0.5 gr increments, from Start to Max, and shoot them at a good target, off a good rest.

One of the loads will look good. repeat the test with 20 of each with that load and 20 of each with 0.3 gr more and less.

In my DCRA rifle the very best loads were very mild. Good for up to 300 but not beyond.
