Some will be marked H0 or H1 and 7.62 on the opposite side. The stuff shoots reasonably well, although it has probably been repacked. I bought 2 cases to use for Mexican Match. Some use ball and some use extruded propellant and the propellant is not identifiable from the head stamp - all are Berdan Primed. All of the necks are sealed with a black tar like substance, which makes converting it to Mexican Match pretty labour intensive, and not worth while considering they are a one shot wonder due to the Berdan Priming. The priming appears to be noncorrosive. Like Sunray says, there doesn't appear to be any information on the internet about this stuff, and there is no information on the wood boxes to say where it was made. It does not have a Nato Stamp (a cross inside a circle) so it could be Asian or East Bloc. If you can get the stuff cheap and just want to shoot it as is go for it, but I'd pass if you were looking for Mexican Match.
