7.62 Russian, what?

I saw a box of Norma 7.62 Russian a few days ago. It didn't specify. To me, 7.62 Russian could be either 7.62x39 or 7.62x54R. I emailed Norma asking them about it, and am wondering if anyone here knows what it is.

I have never seen 7,62 Russian to be anything other than x54r.

If it is short and stubby 762x39, long and lean looking ( 303 style flared base) 762x54R

762 Russian is the common name for the 762 x 54R, a large, rimmed cartridge about as big as a 303 British.

It would be either 150gr (if an older box) or 180gr (which they still load) 7,62X54R.

Thanks. They didn't let me open the box. I thought it was likely 54R(and am glad it is), but wanted to be sure. Never heard of 7.62 Russian, and wanted to know exactly what it was before I picked it up. However, if it was 39, it would have given me a reason to buy a new rifle...
