7.62 tokarev 120gr cast load???

Good day,
I've been searching the web looking for a 120gr cast load for the 7.62x25 using unique.

I have 150 or so .310" 120gr bullets I'd like to use up......

All I've found thus far is 4.5-5gr. Does this sound reasonable?
I have a type 54 if that makes any difference?

Are u sure that COAL will allow fit in mag and chamber? Neck is very short and may require deep seating and pressure problems. I use 87 gn rcbs .32 s&w bullet. good luck

I load the 110 M1 Carbine bullet, plated. Works well.

Load 10 of each, in 0.5 increments, from 4.0 to 5.5

Make sure they are seated deep enough to fit the mag and the chamber

Shoot and see what cycles the action and what shoots best. The twist is fast enough to stabilize that bullet.
