7.62 x 39 in your AR?

Probably been asked before - does anyone run 7.62x39 through your AR to take advantage of cheaper surplus ammo?

Is it worthwhile to do that (accuracy is ok etc)?
Will it dry up anytime soon?

or just stick with 556/223

get urself a CZ858 or a SKS to shoot 7.62, they arnt restricted!...i know, i own an Norc AR in 223 as well
more guns = more fun!

I guess I am kind of a purist and think that AR's should shoot 5.56 and AK's should shoot 7.62.

I was thinking best of both worlds.... Whats accuracy like with that russian 308 round?

It's pretty good to 200m then it gets pretty "droppy" unless you have hot reloads. even then it's not .308
