I am using Reloder 7 and have a conflict between my reloading data for max and min for 123grn jacketed bullets.

Lee die reloading data has;
Min 24.9grns and Max 25.5grns

Lyman Load Data
Min 24.0grn and Max 26.8grn

Would anyone have data for this powder/bullet combination?

Also, the Lyman load data has the powder listed as RX7 which I am assuming is Reloder 7. Is this correct?
 
Each brand develops their own load data themselves and possibly in different models of firearms or with different barrel lengths. If two companies published data was identical I would be quite suspicious. One company may lean more to the safer side for liability purposes than the other. Personally I find Lee data to be fairly tame compared to other companies so it's not surprising for me to see that their max is lower.

Personally I would start at the lower of the two and work up to find the most accurate value in your specific rifle. Watch for overpressure signs yourself when getting near to either maximum.

A quick Google search shows that "Reloaded 7" is sometimes listed as R7, RL-7, RX7, and some other variations by different companies. Apparently RX-7 is an old Hercules short form for "Reloader 7" before the company was renamed to Alliant.

Also the 7.62x39mm is known as the "7.62 Soviet". "7.62 Russian" is 7.62x54R. Calling it "7.62x39 Russian" would be like saying ".30-06 Winchester".
 
From what I have heard Lee Data is always understated/underpowered.Load for your rifle and see what works best and don't be surprised if you have to go beyond what's published.
 
For a better deer load 21gr of IMR4198/150gr Sierra .311 bullet I loaded 4 as an experiment and at 75 yards all shots were touching out of an SKS!Harold PS: I use 24gr Win 748 for the 123gr slug

Reloaded #7 has been my goto powder for years now for J bullets in my SKS rifle especially since nobody carries AA-1680 around here anymore. As others have stated it basically depends on what the test standards were as to the max. load you will find in a particular reloading manual.

The Alliant web site list 27.0 grs. as a max. load with the Speer 123 gr. bullet which I assume is probably Speer data since ATK owns both companies. Hornady usually does there test data in a particular type firearm and Lyman uses a universal receiver as there test bed. Not sure where Lee gets there data but I've always found it to be on the low side.

In my test I've found 25.5 grs. of Reloader #7 to be my sweet spot as far as accuracy goes.
 
I was loading in a Cz 527 and found that i could not get ebough 748 or rl7 or 4198 in to create any pressure. All the data is for a max of about 40,00 psi and I did not achieve satisfactory results until I switched to Accurate 1680 . I used both the .310 bullets designed for the &.62 and .311 sierra bullets. It did not seem to matter that the sierra's ere .001 over the bore dia.
