I just recieved a case of milsurp ammo from Marstar for my SKS. The wooden crate has the numbers 7.62 -43 on it. Without opening the metal tin to verify, does any one know if it is in fact 7.63X39mm inside. Intching to shoot the SKS but do not want to open the ammo incase I need to send it Back. Can anybody verify.

Thanks,

Your suspicion is not unfounded. I have opened a crate of ammo from Marstar some time ago without reading the print on the crate and found 7.62x54R inside instead of 7.62x39. Phoned them back and received immediate apology. They shipped the proper ammo right away and told me to keep the 7.62x54R at no charge :D . That's customer service at its BEST. Bravo Marstar !!!! I ended up buying a Mosin:D :D :D :D :dancingbanana:
