There was a web page where I drooled over these purchased from India. I can't remember the technical name for them nor the web site. I have a friend there who will buy a couple for me and then keep them until I get the paper done. Does anyone know?

I think it's AIM surplus in the states that has them for sale at the moment.
Not a bad deal at less that $200USD, but bringing them into Canada will likley run you another $200CAD or so, unless you've got someone stateside, willing to do their half of the paperwork for you.
