7.62 x 54r loads

a friend of mine has been trying to find a load for this that imitates the mil surp ammo he bought, when you fire the mil surp you get this huge orange flash hes been playing with the loads but hasnt got it yet
any suggestions appreciated

I use H335 and 7.62 123 g SP.

Makes a nice shootable round.
