7.62 x 54R Neck Sizing question

I have RCBS dies, the neck size is .308, Is this too small to use .312 bullets? I also have RCBS dies in .303 Brit. Can I just change the decapper pins over and switch between the 2 sizes?

The parts look identical.

I size mine with a .308" for .3105 bullets, it works fine but i think over time it will work harden the neck faster that using the one for .303 british. Lee actually recommends for their dies to use the .303 brit expander for .311 and .312 projectiles.

So yes it will work.

I kinda figured it would work, just not sure with the RCBS dies, I have lee dies for the 7.62 x 39, they came with both size decapper pins.
