Hey guys, im new to the forums, well not really new, but havent been on here much.

I live in the vancouver area and I was just wondering if anyone knew a place to get some 7.62 x 54R ammunition.

Just to blast off at the range.

thanks

It may get scarce soon. NRCAN has pulled the Czech from the auth list.

Holy Crap! This is not good! So does that mean no one will be getting any more czech ammo? Even 7.62x25mm or 7.62x39mm? Will you still get your shipment in? I think it is going to be impossible to shoot my Mosin, SKS and Torkarev soon, unless another source appears.

Worried as well... :(

I've been shooting the Hungarian Heavy Ball almost exclusively (bought a few 440 rd sardine cans a while back), and it shoots great for the money out of my '43 Nagant Sniper......

Do we have an ETA for 54R surplus yet? I just found out that b/c my Marstar order took so long to ship due to delays in getting me a warranty part from one of their suppliers, my crate of 54R I was expecting got sold on me and they have none left to ship! :(

I don't see to much new there. Mybe the Barret, but it's just IMI.

As for Czech surplus, NRCAN told me it has been removed from the import list and all those known to be selling it have been asked to stop. No answer yet as to why because the person is away.

Have you received official paperwork on this?

Because if there is now official paper work on this request to stop import then it is not a valid request.

Still waiting as the lady who did it is away on vacation. Basically they will not appprove import, and have asked the importers to stop selling it, since we have not imported it as yet, they have just not approved our permit.
