32-20 low pressure loads are a good starting point.
Just moved and haven't unpacked and reloading room yet or I could give specific loads. 2.8-3gr feels familiar but don't trust that.

Unique worked fine for me. But, Trailboss gave me the best results. I used 4.5gr of that powder with 85 grain CamPro .312" plated bullet sized to .309", seated and crimped with CH4D die, all in order to create a load resembling Soviet WWII round. Trailboss fills Nagant casing nicely leaving no void between the bullet and bottom of the case. This load yields about 980-990 f/s of velocity. Technically .312' diameter works as well, but it creates an ugly bulge in loaded case

The bore in mine is more like .310" so I've been using cast bullets around .312". The "correct" Lee sizing die was tight and lead to the bulged brass that's sometimes lopsided. My solution is to do minimal sizing with a 32S&W die.
To seat below the case mouth with full length cases I put a bullet above the seating stem in the Lee seater die. They need a little crimp or the case can catch on the forcing cone when firing.

Long delayed update.
Looking at my records, my barrel actually slugs almost .314" for maximum groove diameter. Pretty well everything I've tried works alright though.
Different bullets I've used include .308", 98gr jacketed wadcutters, .311", 88gr lead round nose, and .314", 93gr lead semi wadcutters.
All with 2.8-3gr of either titegroup or trailboss. They are close in burn rate and preformed similarly.
