7.62x38r Russian or romanian?

Gewehr ,76 ,My apologies sir, got that mixed up. I ordered 7.62,x38,r and 7.62,x25 on the same order, had a brain fart, i guess, the Bulgarian
is 7.62x25 NOT 7.62,X38r SORRY. My heading should have read 7.62x25. Thanks Dugin.

Well those are really two different rounds. for x25 nothing hotter than czech BXN 51 VI or VII. These are the hotter ones. 1750 fps. on average out of tok barrel.
They used to come in green crates of 2280 rds on stripper clips. I'm not sure if you had it imported there downsouth.
Here it was fairly common.
As for x38r. Nagant revolver is the most accurate and reliable firearm out there. It will digest any kind of ammo. even the sort that was never designed for it. 32 sw long, 32 hr magnum and even 7.5 swiss.

Hotshot seems to be CenturyArms brand and they used it on Serbian (PPU) and Romanian and on whatever they could source ammo. Can you make a pic of box?

LOL! Well, again, Horilka nails it.

I had just assumed it was Romanian as other “Hotshot” branded ammo was Romanian made. Silly me.

Yes, “Hotshot” 7.62x38R is just rebranded PPU. The headstamp is PPU, same as the rest of my stash of PRVI Nagant ammo.

Back of box even says “Made in Serbia”. Shows how often I shoot my Nagant Revolver! ;)

*EDIT* I don’t know why the pictures posted upside down? They’re right side up in my pics folder?
