sell yes, but I never heard of not being allowed to give away reloads. pretty sure it's not true. If I sell a gun and have some reloads left over I cant give it to my buddy to shoot (at his own risk)? makes no sense. That would be illegal to do. You are not allowed to sell or otherwise give away reloaded ammunition unless you are a federally license ammunition re-manufacturer.
I haven't tried the Hornady yet but S & B works great in my SKS for hunting, and they're half the price of the Hornady.

Hornady SST. They are available in Canada ( if you can find someone that has them in stock ! ). Personally I want a box of the Hornady Zombie MAX rounds ( just to have ). They are the same, except they have a green tip and plated cases. They're not the 150g+ rounds you're hoping for, but from what I've found, probably the best hunting rounds.
... Have you recovered any bullets from your game, just curious about expansion or did they blow right through?
AtWondering when you pulled the military ball if you adjusted/lightened the powder charge for the heavier bullet or pressure would increase dramatically would it not? Harold...........nice groups by the way!
