I am in serious need of 7.62x39 ammo. I like to buy large quantity, but no deals have really come around lately. Who has the cheapest ammo around right now bulk or single boxes? Not too worried about accuracy as I am shooting an sks at 50 yds. Don't really care about corrosive either. anything helps!

The $199 1100 round Czech stuff is good. I think wolverine has some. CT usually carries 1440 round Romanian for $224
 
SFRC isn't bad either. I live on the other side of the country from them and I still saved about $100 with a $50 shipping cost compared to if I would have bought locally. Locally, a crate of 11 - 1200 goes for a price tag of $259 - $299.99. I got a 1320 crate from SFRC for $179.99 + shipping. Not the best deal out there but still good and I still came out on top.
 
ya good dealings from trade ex. local guy did a group buy and had a few people drop out. my gain i guess. Thanks guys.
 
I thought there was a thread about the different countries of origin. I can't seem to find it, could someone give me the coles notes version of it.
EG Romanian, Czech, Russian, etc

With all the different countries we are getting ammo from, how is everyone finding them for accuracy?
Are they pretty much the same?
Talking 5" realistic groups at 100 yards.
 
It doesn't hurt to list your location under your profile/avatar.

Bulk ammo prices make or break in the shipping. Just because a vendor has free shipping doesn't mean its the best price. Most dealers won't change the price much unless you exceed 10 or a dozen cases.

I watch for the local guys to come up with some good prices , and if you walk in there without a John Wayne attitude, they will further sharpen the pencil on multi-case pricing. I bring my 3/4 ton truck when buying ammunition.
