You are not going to be able to reload them.

I presume they get a US Export Permit and you have the corresponding import permit?

All components, including empty brass and bullets (projectiles) are on the controlled list for export to Canada.

Even the available surplus X39 with brass cases use Berdan primers.

I know that...I had bought 100 rounds with brass shells and I thought I could use them to reload(when I get into reloading that is) until I read on here I could not.
