My LGS has 50cal ammo cans from Federal with brass cased, US made, copper jacketed ammo. I think it's 500rnds in a can or something like that? It's not cheap though, around $.75/round.
from what I have heard when you reload for 762x39 you should use Mil spec primers . less of a chance of a slam fire . so I have heard . CCI makes them . correct me if I'm wrong .
I just ordered 10K rounds of 7.2 x 39 hollow point non-corrosive Dominion ammo from Canada Ammo. It exists.

steel case and bimetal jacket
Op was asking for a non-corrosive round with a non-steel bullet in bulk. There was no stipulation on case material. Canada also has the same stuff in FMJ.

One retailer was selling the Chinese military surplus spam cans as "non-corrosive" when they 100% were corrosive. The stuff at Canada Ammo is new production commercial ammo, not military surplus, and has been confirmed from several sources to be non-corrosive.Is that Dominion stuff really non-corrosive? I heard someone tested it on a nail or something and it rusted???

I want some for my NEA-39. I did corrosive for a while in my old CZ 858 and I'm not going down that road again.
Most semi auto guns will tap the primer a bit when chambering a round. I have never had a slam fire but if you look at rounds of I have chambered in both the sks and my 9mm JRC there is a small dent. I wouldn't be too worried.
