7.62x39 AR Flash Suppressor Thread Pitch?

Hey all, I'm planning on replacing the A2 Birdcage on my WW15 7.62x39, but buying a flash suppressor, I see two sizes as options for .30 cal: 1/2-36 and 5/8-24. Tried contacting Windham, but no luck yet and the internet hasn't been too useful. Anyone have any ideas?
