According to the write up you can't load them past 1900 FPS? Seems odd when average velocity is around 2300ish. Have you loaded them past 1900 before?

i never care about the velocity....i've just check my receipe....it give me 2500FPS, maybe it's why it is not steady in groupping!!!!
 
The biggest reason a velocity limit is placed on plated bullets is to account for guys that over crimp. That is straight from Berry's. I don't think I have ever seen anyone have issues with speed that didn't come directly from crimping too much.
