7.62x39 S+B ammo is this corrosive

Got this ammo with a gun I recently purchased. Was told it is corrosive but am having a hard time finding any information on it and am far from an expert with milsurp stuff. If it is corrosive I will likely just sell it but have no clue on what a fair price is. Any info would be greatly appreciated

I agree with the above, I treat any 762x39 ammo as corrosive except norinco white/silver box Fair price would be 2 for 10$ gun show repack special
 
If it's marked/advertised as Army/Military Surplus I can almost guarantee it has corrosive primers. When in doubt treat it like it's corrosive and save yourself the pain of finding out after it's too late.

That being said S&B does make modern brass-cased ammo and that is not corrosive but what you're looking at is not that ammo.

100% agreed. That is undoubtedly corrosive.
