Does the m43 come in milsurp SP? Most ranges around are not FMJ friendly and I don't enjoy the high-end SP prices.

No, it does not. Military ammo can not be SP.

I guess Milsurp if the wrong word to use. I was trying to ask if it comes in bulk and at the same wonderfull prices like milsurp does.

Norinco has cheap SP ammo in 7.62x39, my friend bought 116rd from Willamsarms weeks ago for 5$/20round, but that's all they have. So, look around for Norinco SP, they should be in cheap price. When you find it, let me know, cuz i'm looking for them too, lol
