7.62x39 stripper clips too wide for an SKS?

I ended up selling a few SKS stripper clips that unknown to me were actually too wide for the charging bridge of the SKS.

I sent the guy more that I verified but I am trying to figure out what these may be for.

They look exactly like the SKS ones and hold the 7.62x39 cartridge but are slightly wider, and not worn out or banged.

Any other 7.62x39 rifles that may have used a wider stripper clip?

I've found some of mine work great in Russian SKS, but not in Chinese rifles.

Ok, that is what I am trying to figure out.

The guy I sold them to said they did not fit a Chinese or his Russian SKS, I had not checked. They do not fit any of the Russian SKS rifles I have.

Was there an SKS that accepted a wider stripper clip?
