Lever Arms in Vancouver has "non-corrosive" Chinese manufactured 7.62x39 in stock. I bought some a while ago and mine is non-corrosive, very dirty, but has not rusted anything. I have heard from others both in person and online saying that it is corrosive. YMMV.
