I wouldn't pay more than that for it, especially considering that there's the new MFS stuff available.

I say double corrosive ammo only because it can't be reloaded.
$225 for 1200 corrosive ammo = $0.1875
So about $140 to $150 should be good to go.

IIRC, I traded 25 boxes of Silver Norinco for a 1,120 rd case of surplus last year. Both parties were happy so that must be a fair gauge of value.

However, since Norkie Silver is no longer available, and CZ surplus is everywhere, you might think different. The law of suppy and demand will always prevail.
