7.62x45 ammo

I can`t find much info on 7.62x45.What is it worth?It is steel casing,15rounds per box and no stripper clips.
Forgive me if I sound stupid,I just don`t know anything about this round.I just got 3 boxes mixed in with some other ammo I got.

are u sure it isnt 7.62x39, M45 ammo? often this is misunderstood.

There is no such thing as "M45" ammo.

What you have is the Czech service cartridge before they standardized on the 7.62x39 M43. They are rather hard to get ahold of and worth a good penny to someone with an original Vz52 rifle (the Vz52/57 was the same rifle rechambered to 7.62x39). The primers are corrosive, naturally, and would probably fetch $1 per round.
